Luisa Sims
Luisa Sims writes songs that land somewhere between Billie Holiday’s bluesy depth and Jenny Lewis’s folk-pop candor. Lyrically precise and unhurried, her music has a quality that is harder to name: a kind of quiet insistence in the way she delivers a line that pulls listeners closer.
She has recorded with Grammy-nominated producer Jay-E and earned her live reputation opening for national touring acts including Shawn James, Michigan Rattlers, and The Talbott Brothers. In 2023, she released her debut EP Eve, produced with David Beeman at Native Sound Recording Studio. A confident first statement from an artist who clearly has more to say.
She recently finished recording her debut full-length album. More creatively involved in the production, more willing to go to difficult places, and by her own account, more herself than she has ever been on record.
Release Date: Late Spring 2027

Meatus
Meatus is one of St. Louis' newest indie--psych-punk bands, but what the band lacks in years, they more than make up for in pure energy.
Led by bassist Conner Pinkley, along with Dan Pinkley (guitar), Blake Hahn (guitar), Jack Faust (synth), and Adam Vitelo (drums), listening to Meatus is like getting lost in a fuzzy fog where you just might bump into Osees or Jay Reatard, but just as soon as you start to vibe out to their layered psych riffs, you're jolted back to their electric sound with a well-placed "whoo!" from Conner.
Meatus is currently recording at Sinkhole Studios with Matt Stuttler.
Release Date: Summer 2027

Sons of Stone
Brothers Jake (drums) and Josh (guitar) Young form the blues-rock duo, Sons of Stone, and they're regularly joined by veteran St. Louis rocker Sonny Robinson on bass.
Hailing from Benton, Illinois, which is responsible for playing the first-ever Beatles song on American radio, you could say the brothers have music down to their roots. Dirty guitar riffs, thrashing drums, and hypnotic bass, along with gritty vocals, combine into a high-energy sound that shakes the walls and leaves sweat on the floor.
